Rockwell Home Management exists because adult children, aging parents, and busy professionals deserve a single accountable partner for the property they care about most. We are not a contractor. Rockwell Home Management was founded by Jose Lagunas Jr., a full-time Firefighter, Paramedic, and Fire Inspector. After a career spent walking into homes on the hardest day of someone's life, Jose started Rockwell to offer the opposite kind of visit: the calm, scheduled, professional kind that helps make those harder days less likely.
The work is grounded in what a first responder actually sees. Slow water leaks that became foundation issues. Smoke alarms with dead batteries. Trip hazards in dim hallways.
