An in-person audit of your home across seven dimensions of safety and stewardship, delivered by a credentialed first responder. You receive a written report with prioritized recommendations. You decide what happens next.
$150 flat, one time, all-inclusiveEach audit is organized around seven dimensions of a safe, well-maintained home. You receive a written report scored across all seven, with prioritized recommendations you can act on with or without us.
Smoke alarms, CO alarms, escape paths, kitchen and heating-source risks.
Trip hazards, lighting, grab-bar opportunities, stairway and bath safety.
Water intrusion risk, humidity, temperature controls, ventilation, mold conditions.
Door and window hardware, lighting, exterior visibility, points of attempted entry.
HVAC, plumbing, water heater, electrical panel, dryer vent, appliance condition.
Power loss readiness, communication plan, accessible records, posted emergency info.
Vendor records, service history, family-accessible documentation, ongoing oversight gaps.
We start at the kitchen table. What does the person living here want from their home? What is working today? What feels less manageable than it used to?
Together we walk every room, both stories, the basement, the mechanical spaces, and the exterior. Notes are taken room by room across the seven pillars.
Within a few business days, you receive a written report by email and on paper. Each pillar is scored. Each recommendation is prioritized as urgent, near-term, or long-term.
You own the report. You can act on it yourself, hand it to a trusted contractor, or continue with a Rockwell monthly plan. There is no pressure to choose any particular path.
Your audit is confirmed once both your reservation above and the Stripe payment are complete.

No travel fee inside our primary service area. No upsell at the end of the visit. The audit fee is the audit fee.
The written report is yours. You can keep it, share it, hand it to a trusted contractor, or build a punch list from it on your own. Nothing about it is locked to Rockwell.
Many audits become monthly members. Many do not. Both outcomes are fine. We would rather earn the relationship than assume it.
Adult children, designated family members, or care partners are encouraged to attend the audit in person or by phone. The more voices at the kitchen table, the better the report.
Rockwell does not perform repairs or maintenance work. We identify what needs attention and coordinate vetted local trades to address it. That separation keeps our recommendations honest.
The person living in the home leads the conversation. We listen first. We identify and recommend. The choices about what to do next belong to the household.
If you would like to ask a question, confirm we cover your address, or schedule by phone, we are happy to talk before you book.
