This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at rockwellhomemanagement.com, use our member portal, receive communications from us, or engage our home safety consulting and management services.

By using our services or providing your information to us, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or provide your information.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect the following types of information:

Personal Information You Provide: Name, mailing address, email address, phone number (including mobile), emergency contact information, and billing/payment information when you schedule a consultation, subscribe to a service plan, or contact us.

Property and Home Environment Data: Information gathered during Home Safety & Readiness Audits, including property condition observations, environmental sensor readings (temperature, humidity, water detection, door/window status, motion activity, smoke and carbon monoxide detector status), and photographic documentation of property conditions. This data is collected through the Custos Hub by Rockwell monitoring platform deployed in client homes.

Service and Communication Records: Records of vendor coordination, visit reports, maintenance activities, and communications between Rockwell and our clients or their designated care partners.

Website and Portal Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and session duration when you visit our website or access the member portal.

SMS and Mobile Information: When you opt in to receive text messages from Rockwell, we collect your mobile phone number and records of messages sent and received.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve our home safety consulting and management services; deploy and operate the Custos Hub monitoring platform in your home; send you service-related communications including safety alerts, appointment confirmations, visit reports, and account verification codes via SMS, email, or push notification; coordinate with vendors on your behalf; generate property condition reports for you, your designated care partners, or your estate and financial advisors as authorized; process payments for services; respond to your inquiries and provide customer support; comply with legal obligations; and improve our website and service offerings.

3. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING POLICY

By opting in to receive text messages from Rockwell Home Management, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the mobile number you provided.

Types of messages include: account verification codes, home safety and environmental alerts, appointment confirmations, visit report notifications, and service status updates.

Message frequency varies based on your service tier and home activity. Clients may receive between 2 and 30 messages per month depending on alert activity and scheduled services.

Message and data rates may apply. Rockwell does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Rockwell. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your service subscription.

We will never share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

Rockwell does not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

With Your Designated Care Partners: We share property status reports, visit summaries, and monitoring data with individuals you have explicitly authorized as care partners or family contacts.

With Service Vendors: We share only the minimum information necessary (property address and relevant work scope) with vetted local vendors to coordinate maintenance and repair services on your behalf. Vendors do not receive your personal contact information, health-related observations, or sensor data.

With Estate and Financial Professionals: At your direction, we provide quarterly written care reports and property documentation to your designated estate attorney, financial advisor, or fiduciary.

With Service Providers: We use third-party service providers to help operate our business, including payment processing (Stripe), customer relationship management (Marketing 360), SMS delivery (Twilio), and cloud hosting. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to Rockwell.

As Required by Law: We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

5. DATA SECURITY

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure cloud infrastructure, access controls, mandatory multi-factor authentication for all staff accounts, and comprehensive audit logging. Sensor data transmitted from the Custos Hub to our servers is authenticated and encrypted. We conduct periodic reviews of our security practices and limit staff access to client information on a need-to-know basis.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Property condition reports, visit records, and sensor data are retained for a minimum of three (3) years after your last active service date to support estate documentation and historical reference. After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the information below. You may update your communication preferences, including opting out of SMS messages, at any time. You may revoke authorization for specific care partners or family contacts to receive your property reports at any time.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
