Step One

Audit

A one-time, in-person $150 Home Safety & Readiness Audit. I walk the property with a firefighter’s eye, evaluate the Seven Pillars of home safety, and document everything in detail — including photos of your HVAC, water heater, and major appliances. Our software checks those against manufacturer recalls and flags maintenance needs, and you receive a written report your family can act on, with or without us.

Step Two

Oversee

Ongoing stewardship built around the home: coordination of vetted local trades, scheduled walkthroughs, seasonal preparation, and a single accountable point of contact for everything to do with the property — so small things are caught early and coordinated for resolution with trusted local pros.

Step Three

Aware

Custos Hub by Rockwell adds quiet environmental and activity awareness throughout the home — no cameras — so an older adult keeps their independence and privacy while family stays reassured. Everything surfaces in our proprietary Rockwell members portal, a private dashboard where clients and family can check on the home anytime.

Why Rockwell Exists

Rockwell is that layer. We are built for the Chippewa Valley, owned and operated by a Wisconsin firefighter and fire inspector who has spent a career inside other people's homes during their hardest moments. We are not a contractor. We are a single point of accountability for the home itself, so families can focus on each other.

Founded and operated by Jose Lagunas Jr., a full-time Firefighter, Paramedic, and Fire Inspector. Member of the Chippewa Falls Chamber of Commerce.
