Custos Hub by Rockwell is available with every tier (one-time setup fee). Rockwell owns the equipment and loans it to your household for your membership. The same setup fee applies to all three tiers and is quoted at your consultation and confirmed at booking. If you cancel, Rockwell picks up the equipment. No cancellation fees, ever.
The Essential Watch

For older adults who want a dependable professional presence and essential home oversight. One monthly on-site walkthrough, Custos Hub by Rockwell environmental alerts in between, and a local professional who reviews those alerts and documents what he finds. The same service also supports seasonal travel and other periods when the home is unoccupied.
- Monthly Professional Visit. One comprehensive on-site safety and stewardship walkthrough per month.
- Priority Member Response. Member-only access to expanded property-check scheduling outside the regular monthly visit, at a preferred rate ($75/hr).
- Water & Plumbing Oversight. We coordinate scheduled water-system cycling through trusted local trades, the routine vacant-home task of running water through the fixtures on a schedule.
- Climate & Perimeter Awareness. Visual verification of humidity and temperature settings, plus a full exterior walkthrough for storm impact or signs of attempted entry.
- Presence Coordination. We arrange mail handling, flyer removal, and exterior debris pickup so your home always appears occupied and well-maintained.

We act as your dedicated account manager, coordinating and supervising vendors so the home remains well-maintained and ready, whether you are living there full time or traveling. This level is especially useful for larger homes or complex maintenance needs.
- Weekly On-Site Oversight. Four professional visits per month to observe each major system in your home and identify any concerns to address.
- Highest-Priority Member Status. Top of the queue when scheduling urgent property concerns, with member-priority access outside the regular visit cadence.
- Vendor Coordination & Supervision. We schedule, manage, and verify the quality of work for all trades on-site.
