TERMS AND CONDITIONS Effective Date: March 1, 2026 | Last Updated: February 28, 2026 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services, website, member portal, and communications provided by Rockwell Home Management, LLC ("Rockwell," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, accessing our website at rockwellhomemanagement.com, or enrolling in any Rockwell service plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Program Name: Rockwell Home Management
Rockwell Home Management provides professional home safety consulting and property stewardship services in the Chippewa Valley, Wisconsin. Our services include home safety and readiness audits, environmental monitoring through the Custos Hub by Rockwell platform, vendor coordination and oversight, seasonal property management, and ongoing property stewardship. Services are delivered through three subscription tiers: The Essential Watch, The Premier Management, and The Estate Concierge.
Rockwell is a safety consulting company. We are not a licensed home inspection company, property management firm, general contractor, or healthcare provider. We identify and recommend — we do not guarantee, certify, or warranty the condition of any property. We coordinate and oversee vendor services — we do not perform hands-on repairs or maintenance. Safety audit reports are safety consultations and are not a substitute for licensed home inspections.
2. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
Program Name: Rockwell Home Management Alerts
Description: By enrolling in Rockwell services and opting in to text messaging, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Rockwell Home Management. Messages include account verification codes, home safety and environmental alerts, appointment confirmations, visit report notifications, and service status updates.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Depending on your service tier and home sensor activity, you may receive between 2 and 30 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Rockwell does not charge for text messages, but your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting STOP to any message from Rockwell. After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further text messages will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your Rockwell service subscription or affect other communications (email, phone).

Supported Carriers: Major US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. SERVICE TERMS
Home Safety & Readiness Audit: The initial audit is a $150 safety consultation. It includes a 90-minute on-site assessment, fire safety evaluation, and a personalized report with tier recommendations and Custos Hub deployment proposal. The audit is a safety consultation and does not constitute a licensed home inspection.
Subscription Services: Monthly service plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via the payment method on file. Plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation does not entitle the subscriber to a refund for the current billing period. Custos Hub equipment remains the property of Rockwell Home Management and must be returned or made available for retrieval upon service cancellation.
Vendor Coordination: Rockwell coordinates with vetted local vendors on your behalf. Rockwell is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcomes of work performed by third-party vendors. Vendor services are subject to separate agreements between you and the vendor.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Rockwell Home Management provides safety consulting services and environmental monitoring. We do not guarantee the prevention of any incident, loss, or damage. The Custos Hub monitoring platform is an informational and awareness tool — it does not replace emergency services, security systems, medical monitoring, or professional home inspections. Rockwell does not provide emergency dispatch services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rockwell's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Custos Hub by Rockwell name, logo, and associated branding are the property of Rockwell Home Management, LLC (USPTO Serial No. 99666509). All content on our website, portal, and service materials is the property of Rockwell Home Management and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. PRIVACY
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy at rockwellhomemanagement.com/privacy-policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. MODIFICATIONS
Rockwell reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the member portal.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Chippewa County, Wisconsin.
