Photographic Condition Report

A documented visual record of the home over time. Captured by a Rockwell professional, on-site, with the homeowner's consent.

The Photographic Condition Report is the visual record that accompanies every Rockwell visit. Captured by a Rockwell professional during the scheduled walkthrough. Limited to the visible condition of the property. Useful for family records, insurance documentation, and estate planning.

What a Photographic Condition Report Is

Periodic still images of visible property condition, stored in a private record.

Every time Rockwell visits a member home, a small set of standardized still images is captured by hand: the exterior condition, the mechanical room, accessible storage, and any specific conditions worth a visual baseline. The images are stored in a private record accessible to you and the family members you designate. Over the months and years that record becomes the most useful single document the home has: a longitudinal visual baseline of how the property has actually been kept. The Photographic Condition Report sits alongside the rest of your Rockwell stewardship record, which is supported by Custos Hub by Rockwell on the environmental and activity awareness side.

Exterior conditionRoof, siding, gutters, foundation visibility, walkways, driveway, exterior fixtures.
Mechanical spacesFurnace, water heater, electrical panel, sump pump, accessible plumbing.
Specific concernsAnything flagged in the audit or noticed during the visit that benefits from a visual baseline.
Before-and-after for vendor workThe state of the home before and after coordinated trades work, so quality and scope are visually verified.

Built Around Dignity

A few explicit promises, because these promises matter.

Captured by hand, on-site.

The Photographic Condition Report is created by a Rockwell professional with a handheld device, during your scheduled walkthrough, with the homeowner's awareness.

Periodic still images only.

The record is composed of standardized still images captured at the time of each visit, attached to the written summary for that visit.

The property, not the people.

The condition report documents the property. If a person ends up in frame, the image is recaptured.

Captured with consent.

The homeowner is aware of what is being captured and why. If a particular area should not be included, it is not. The person living in the home is the decision-maker.

Private and family-accessible.

Records are private to your account. You decide which family members or care partners have access.

You own the record.

The condition record is yours. You can export it. You can take it with you if you ever leave Rockwell.

Why a Visual Record Matters

Words describe. Images prove.

A written walkthrough note is useful. A photograph is decisive. After a storm, side-by-side condition photos resolve insurance conversations. During an estate transition, a visual record gives the next generation a fair starting point. For an out-of-town adult child, seeing the basement looking the way it should is more reassuring than reading three sentences that say the same thing.

The Photographic Condition Report is also the part of Rockwell that travels with the property. If the home is ever sold, transferred, or evaluated, a documented multi-year visual stewardship record is a meaningful asset on its own.
