The images are stored in a private record accessible to you and the family members you designate. Over the months and years that record becomes the most useful single document the home has: a longitudinal visual baseline of how the property has actually been kept. The Photographic Condition Report is created by a Rockwell professional with a handheld device, during your scheduled walkthrough, with the homeowner's awareness.
The record is composed of standardized still images captured at the time of each visit, attached to the written summary for that visit.
The condition report documents the property. If a person ends up in frame, the image is recaptured.
The homeowner is aware of what is being captured and why. If a particular area should not be included, it is not. The person living in the home is the decision-maker.
Records are private to your account. You decide which family members or care partners have access.
