Still images of visible property condition, captured with your consent.

A photographic condition record can accompany agreed property reporting. Additional photographic reporting is available through Estate Concierge, by consultation, with scope and timing set in your individual quote.

What a Photographic Condition Record Is

With the homeowner's consent, Rockwell can capture still images by hand during an agreed visit. The images document visible property conditions for the household's records. They do not establish the condition of concealed areas or guarantee an insurance, sale, or legal outcome.
