Hands-free voice calling How hands-free calling worksThe installed sensor layout is agreed with the household. Core awareness covers temperature, humidity, water and leaks. Full awareness covers seven categories: environmental (temperature, humidity), water and leaks, entry and access, air quality, activity patterns, appliance safety, and emergency alert coordination. No cameras, video, or biometric data, and no audio is stored.
Alerts go to Rockwell and the household's listed contacts at the same time. Rockwell reviews during business hours: weekdays 5 to 9 pm, weekends 8 am to 6 pm Central, closed federal holidays. Outside those hours, contacts are alerted directly and Rockwell follows up when hours begin. Call 911 first, then call Rockwell.
Rockwell sets up and services the agreed Custos Hub sensors, checks their reporting, and documents the layout with your consent. Our other hands-on work is limited to safety consultations, check-ins, equipment pickup, and grab bar installation by approved written quote. Other work is coordinated through vendors.
Custos Hub by Rockwell is part of the agreed service plan. A one-time setup fee is quoted per home before signing, with the $150 audit credited toward it. Rockwell owns and loans the equipment and picks it up when the plan ends. No installments, financing, or balance owed. Rockwell never charges for wear, loss, or damage. No fee of any kind applies if the resident moves into care or passes away.
