Premier Management includes vendor coordination and oversight within defined monthly limits. Essential Watch provides a vendor directory so the client can hire directly. Estate Concierge scope is agreed by consultation.

What Vendor Coordination Includes

When coordination is included in your plan, Rockwell helps arrange the approved scope, schedule the vendor, document progress, and follow up with you. Repair and maintenance work is performed by the vendor.

Routine tradesPlumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, landscaping, and appliance service.

Specialty tradesChimney sweeping, dryer-vent service, water-heater servicing, septic, and well-water service.

Seasonal stewardshipWinterization and spring startup coordination with Premier Management.

Approved projectsThe client reviews the proposed work and quote before scheduling.

Scope, Time, and Fees

Essential Watch. Vendor directory only. You hire vendors directly; Rockwell does not coordinate their work under this plan.
Premier Management. Vendor coordination and oversight includes up to 2 requests and 3 hours of Rockwell time per month. Additional time is $60/hr including travel, only with your approval.
Larger projects. Vendor projects over $1,000 have a 10 to 15 percent coordination and oversight fee, built into the quote and shown before work is scheduled.
Rockwell's hands-on work. Safety consultations, check-ins, Custos Hub setup, service and pickup, and grab bar installation by approved written quote. Other hands-on work goes through vendors.
Business hours. Weekdays 5 to 9 pm and weekends 8 am to 6 pm Central. Closed federal holidays.

The Essential Watch

$99 / month

Vendor directory only. The client hires vendors directly, with no Rockwell coordination.

The Premier Management

$199 / month

Up to 2 requests and 3 hours of Rockwell coordination and oversight per month. Additional time is $60/hr including travel, only with your approval.

The Estate Concierge

By consultation

A single point of contact for estates, trusts, and families, with vendor scope and fees agreed by individual quote. This service is available through Estate Concierge, by consultation.
